Bloc Party on Other in 2005 was one of my favourite Glastonbury sets of all time, if it's half as good as that we'll be laughing!

I caught the last bit of the set in Sonic in 2022 after the Jamie T gig in the JPT, was quality, wish I'd been able to catch all of it, would be great if they are there this year! fingers crossed.

Losing Williams Green is a real blow isn't it, doesn't feel like there's a home for small bands to play now.

They did the opening slot on the Other a few years back, it's an awful slot for anyone to take, I'd be pretty surprised if they were up for coming back for a midday gig again even if it was Pyramid, I hope not anyway.

James are likely to be on Other I would say, they are doing an arena tour in June, hasn't sold out anywhere yet, which is probably why they were left off of the poster.

We could do with a Churnups 3rd down on the Pyramid to rescue it to be honest. Sunday is looking the like the worst day i've ever seen on there for me personally at this point.

Coldplay will have a huge crowd Saturday night, Disclosure & Jessie Ware will also pull decent numbers as well.

Been getting up to speed with Bombay's new stuff, will be great on a summer afternoon. Also been checking out Alvvays, Newdad, Barry Cant Swim, and Bar Italia(what a cool band they are)! The Park stage looks really good for me personally this year, to have Dexys doing some classics up there, Orbital as well, along with newer acts, and then Fontaines headlining the Friday night in the dark, absolutely superb!

Based on last years numbers, we've got 4 more acts for the Pyramid to come, 9 for the Other Stage, 6 for West Holts, 7 for John Peel, and 7 more for the Park Stage.

Desperately hoping for Stevie Nicks & Pulp, gonna be disappointed aint I.

In fairness to the Libertines, that opening slot on Other is truly awful whoever does it. Their new tunes sound good, i've always had a soft spot for them so i'd be delighted to see them in a decent slot somewhere. That year they filled in on the Pyramid before Florence was superb.

If the line up doesn't come out before March 4th when Stevie Nicks' tickets go on sale, then there will be more chance of her being on our poster. I'm clinging to that anyway 😉

In the last couple of times I've seen James live, Getting Away With It (All Messed Up) has been worth the entrance fee alone. Really hope they give it a run out on the farm.

Fair point, but arguably their career highlight in England I guess? For what it's worth I hope they show up, the old stuff is great.
