Mr_Grump
Looks as though its a few more filler bands, can imagine the twang slottiing on to the main stage somewhere, saw them years ago after they released their first single, hardly a polished performance ! Dont mind some of their stuff but never heard any of the new matrial yet. Lucy Rose was good in Wallahs last year so shes bound to put in a good performance. Any suggestions about the rest ? ramragon
Im quite happy bout it mate, been looking for some new stuff to listen too anyways, sure there will be some decent stuff on there. Surprised theres no Craig Charles on there though considering its being classed as the final announcement.
Emandjay
No doom and gloom from me, but must be honest, I was hoping for a bit more. Looks like a bit of research on YouTube is called for.
Flaminglippy
BMX Bandits will be worth catching. Bit confused though...is this definitely the final line-up?? Theres another band that I heard were playing that ain't on the list. The Twang will be a laugh, quite entertaining live...'I fink I luuuuuuuv yaaaaa!' LOCHLAND5
Looks like someone has dropped a bollock...a newsletter detailing the final lineup was sent out at 3am this morning....dont fill yourselves with much hope of seeing anyone on there that will "wow" you....yet another disappointing announcement! LOCHLAND5
Looks that way.....but I was talking about the number of stages!! If its the final announcement, the 14 acts announced for Chai Wallahs are gonna be knackered with the length of the sets they're gonna have to do! Flaminglippy
The legendary BMX Bandits would be inked in for me (if we were flipping going !!!!). Got a few singles of theirs from back in the day which seemed to mix gentle Velvetsy whimsy with ear-bleeding noise. Fossil Collective might be worth a watch as well, Leeds band with good press. Joy division Oven Gloves
Still time to get a ticket Gloves! Leeds seems to over endowed with great bands. That 'Sturdy' all-dayer was immense. Even without the mighty Wind Up Birds, the likes of Post War Glamour Girls, The Seven Inches, French Defence made the journey up from Brum worth it...and thats just one record label
Flaminglippy
The Leeds and Wakefield music scenes have been pretty strong for a few years, and The Brudenell in Leeds and the Hop in Wakey are cracking venues. Long Division Festival on 8th June showcases the Wakey bands, and with headliners The Fall, Tenpole Tudor, Allo Darlin' and Jeffrey Lewis it promises to be a 'rum day out'. I've resorted to entering Kendal competitions to try and win tickets !

Pooly JP
Is the latest announcement definitely going to be the last just looking at the stage and day splits the main stage seems to be a tad lop sided with one day having 6 acts, one day 7 and one 8. Is there any chance that a few more may be added to even them out? Edited June 2, 2013 by Pooly JP
