I seem to remember last time the only warning we got was the lineup from 2010 on the lineup page on the glasto site disappearing an hour or 2 before they released it in preparation, so keep an eye out for that!

Erm, it was a joke, I was taking the piss out of those "It's not just about the music' comments that were in danger of taking over the thread. I also said I care so little about the line-up I'd spend the weekend locked away by Eavis. This was also a joke.

On the music of glasto discussion, I would never have started going without it and right now I can't think of ever not going. Glasto has 170,000 people on site with 60 stages of various sizes and styles and the draw is different for everyone. I love the music and it is important to me but by the same token I love the non-music part on Wednesday and Thursday too (as long as the weather holds). That's a lot of people and each will have their own approach and view and that best of all cultures is what makes it the special event what it is. TLDR: Horses for courses.

Re line-up release I am doubtful it will be today but ever the optimist and would be delighted. Though wouldn't it be great to get the full line-up confirmed in one hit? In previous years we've found out he headliners, then like 15 more big acts in another drop then the full line-up is released later. I'd love it if (save for the Block 9 and Sonic stuff we know already - which is pretty cool I've found out by starting my Glasto Spotify 2013 list (Glastify 2013?)) We didn't find out anything then sometime in the next month or so we get hit with everything less a few inevitable tbcs.

Anyway, here's hoping for today but no breath held.
