I forgot how much I bloody love these guys and how many good tunes they have , where do you imagine they will be billed ? Sub headliner ? Big top headliner ? If they are big top I remember that last year the curfew for the top was much later so do you think there's a chance of catching main stage headliner and franz

Main stage headliner and Big Top headliner generally don't clash (although there was a bit of a controversial overlap between New Order on the main stage and Justice in the Big Top last year; hope that's not a sign of things to come).

yes that was annoying new order were great and I was looking forward to Justice but after getting out the crowd and getting our bearings the big top was impossible get into and I think they had been for half an hour or more , can't complain to much had a great night elsewhere

I expect the new Big Top location won't as easily be as accessible from the Main Stage compared to the short uphill walk (& large movement from the Main Stage last year).

This might cause a slight overlap but then bands pulling out & over running cock times up, I like that Bestival has the arena LED signs to notify you of changes.

P.S. I think they'd be better suited to the Main Stage, I have preferred seeing DJs rather than bands in the Big Top, & with a decent back catalogue may attract a sizeable crowd.

They're not tempting me to go to Bestival, I was sold by the Flaming Lips and Belle & Sebastian. They're one of a number of other acts I'm up for seeing if clashes allow though. Figure I may as well familiarise myself with other bits in the months to come though.

Not bad, clashes permitting I'll probably see them. I was surprised the American crowd were so into it though.
