There's absolutely TONS of great indies out there in the UK, the UK is probably the best place to go see wrestling on a regular basis this days and get top quality each time.

Makes me fairly miffed when people will just go to a WWE show once a year.

Just try an indie show and chances are you'll like it!

BTW TNA making a BIG UK announcement this week. I still maintain its that they are doing BFG here. If it is I'll go to that, as long as its not a trainwreck like last years BFG. How stupid was that decision...

That would be great, I will see you there! Also Tommy End has to be the greatest wrestler i'v ever seen live. His match was unbelievable with Haskins.

Good to see some love for the UK scene. PROGRESS is my new UK love. Best promotion in the country I reckon. I'm not QUITE caught up on their shows yet. Still got three chapters to watch, and obviously anything else that they add after that from the older stuff.

They announced Roderick Strong vs. Tommy End for their next show.

Just watching RAW, fuck they made Neville look strong as fuck over Cena!!! Gobsmacked!!!

Aye. They basically had him about to win clean. Cena loves facing new guys so not surprised he played such a big part in putting Neville over.

I have to say I cant remember feeling so flat about a ppv as I do about payback. Its way too close to the previous one and after so many hot main events leading up to (and including) wrestlemania, the title match doesn't excite me. Lesnar cant come back too soon.

Yeah WWE is feeling real stale at the moment, thing NXT has being awful as well the last few weeks. I'm doing the usual were I lose interest over the next few months even with MITB.

Agree about NXT, I feel like I have seen Itami V Breeze about 100 times! They need to move a few people over to the main roster and get some new blood. I don't know who that black guy was on the last episode, but on looks alone, I can see WWE pushing him like crazy.

I'm the same, always get bored of WWE after Mania.

I think NXT has still been good but got to agree, sick of seeing Itami vs Breeze. Won't have to see it again anytime soon though as Itami is injured for 6-8 months, shame he's out as starting to like him more and more.

Roh/njpw are running a series of co-promoted events this week, 4 in total. enjoyed the ones they done last year.

Im looking forward to Elimantion Chamber much more than Payback, I watched Raw and I can't even remember any Payback matches apart from the fatal fourway and Cena v Rusev again.

Wait, I just had a good think about it and I remember Barrett v Neville, Sheamus v Ziggler and Tag Titles but thats it.

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
