Hi everybody, first post here

Me and my boyfriend are going to Benicassim this year for the first time, and I have some questions if you could be so kind! Thanks

Would we need a sleeping bag each? Does it get cold enough at night to warrant this? Or would we get away with taking one for both of us and unzipping it to use as a blanket? Or just taking a blanket haha

When would be the quietest time of the week to go into the waterpark (Aquarama)?

Would we get a really rubbish camping spot if we turn up on Wednesday? Is it best to go on Monday?

What are the best type of shoes to wear around the camp/arena for men and women? I imagine flip flops for the heat, but don't they really hurt after wearing them too much?

Do the camps have lockers?

Is there really a dance show on the beach one of the nights? Which night is it?

I was there last year and agree with Nesser, i got there monday and by wednesday there were no decent spots with shade left

There are lockers as you go into the camps i'm not sure how much they are but think the info for them was on fibshop website at some point last year

I took a pair of trainers for dancing like a loon in the arena and some flip flops and didn't need any other shoes, ladies forget heels for sure as even if you go out into beni there is a bit of a walk from camp into town so not recommended

You will have a fab time i did and going again this year

Since the Arctic Monkeys have been heavily rumoured since xfm announced them/that poster was leaked, I'd like the 4th headliner to be Arcade Fire or The Cure

i'd like to see who the big electric/dance type name will be . Calvin Harris would be fun , would love to see the chemicals again , knife party maybe ? Fatboy slim is out and about , now that would be fun

The cure have been doing festivals for two years now so I cant see them doing the rounds next summer as well.

Oh & I'd argue QOTSA could be classed as the "smaller" headliner, though that remains to be seen.

QOSTA must be classed as one of the main headliners, much bigger than FATM, New Order, Vampire Weekend and The Streets who have all been a weaker headliner in recent years.
