This is the best way to like Paramore as the typical eFests poster. It avoids most of the pop punk till the end and by then you'll have S/T on repeat anyway

Thanks. I won't do this though. I don't reckon I'll be going so it's not a worry really. Paramore/Queens, Blink and Arctic Monkeys won't be a hit with my friends as they went to the festivals in 2009 and 2010, and for me it'll take more than one band to part with money for a day ticket.

Has anyone thought that this coheadline might be force by Isle of Wight booking one of them?

Your rant on pop punk would make a fab feature somewhere. I'd host it but it's an audience of ghosts at the moment </3

I do keep meaning to start a blog. I might do it after Christmas if I end up retaking a year of uni again. (Don't ask)

I've seen depeche and they were boring, you could see it from the reaction in the crowd.

If you're like me and go to festivals to have a good time, then you wouldn't be looking for boring has beens like Depeche Mode, whose key demographic is old people living in the past and pretentious teens (reckon most of the people here) who just have their greatest hits and suddenly become their biggest fan.

Blink will without a doubt have a much more fun atmosphere.

I'm just around for reading, beni and werchter

Don't worry, you're not the first person to come on here, spout a load of shite, get ripped for it, then back it up with "You're all pretentious and only like pretentious bands ner nerr!"

Everyone who actually listens to Blink 182 in 2013 needs to be round up and hung and I absolutely mean no hyperbole

And anyone who wants hangings based on musical preference should be kicked in the testicles, daily, until they learn to be more accepting of other peoples differing tastes ;)

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
