Lineup 2014

Oh I've got no problem with anything you guys said. He's obviously just really defensive, but at the same time if someone thought I was doing a shitty job when I was working my ass off then I'd probably get pissed. Thing is, it's his personal account not the official download one, but he uses it to promote his fest so he should expect comments like that.

Anyway, my original post was about you and will upsetting people wherever you go online :)

To be fair, Will wasn't even involved because of that, some angry Download fans took a picture of Will from my media and tweeted it to me saying I was cute :banghead:

I've got as much right to call the DL lineup shit as he has to call Will.I.Am shit though, I just found it funny how he called me a twat and a knobhead then thought I was the one who should get some manners

I want to re-ignite his anger so much. It's hilarious seeing him get all defensive. The guy needs to take a chill pill. xD

Sorry if this has been asked before but want to watch Jimmy Eat World headline and QOTSA. Reading or Leeds best chance?

Clashfinders differ hugely on when lockup will finish

We can't say at this stage tbh. People can guess but it's because we can't know for certain whether or not the lock up will finish early or not.

If it finishes early - Reading.

If it doesn't - Leeds.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help but stick on here as we'll know for sure as soon as the info is out there :)

So happy I have an alternative on the Sunday if they do turn up and perform awfully.

Blink are terrible live and I can't wait to see the backlash on here when the crowd at reading realise why their 2010 was apparently one of the worst headline performances ever.

Thing is it never did go down as a poor performance. They drew a massive crowd and the majority loved it. They were probably the biggest draw at the festival that year. There were blink t-shirts everywhere!

The set was very enjoyable and if you were on here at the time loads of people on here put it in their top 5 acts that year. Yes if you watch it on YouTube it sounds poor but you had to be there really. The anticipation was massive because they had been away for so long everybody wanted to hear those nostalgic songs.

Do you really think they would have been booked so soon after the festival if they had gone down soo badly. Look at chillis they went down badly and haven't been booked since. Blink went down a storm in 2010 no matter what anybody on here says.

Apologies for what's likely a really really stupid question but I'm unlikely to be able to catch both QOTSA & Palm Violets set at Reading both in full am I? Reason I ask is I seen someone claiming they'd watch both this year but can't find them now to quote...

Same as I said before, we don't know for certain yet what the deal is with the other stage finishing early or not on certain days but tbh, no, you'll probably not be able to catch the both of them. sorry :( (I would love to watch both too!)

Just out of curiosity, did anyone actually.rate their performance last time?

Saaw them on the tour that followed, and they wrre absolutely awful.. im a fan,.but their live

show is just pure shite!

It was a great festival slot, very nostalgic and got a great reception from the massive crowd that they drew. Hence why they have been booked again so soon after.

Is that the same Yellow Will that mocks Muse Will for wearing makeup?

Yep, Yellow Will also has that blog and isn't to be mistaken for rawraudiosound ;)

yeah he did haha

Not surprised. They guy gets riled up so easily. It's a shame he's the public face of Download tbh.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
