i know its generally accepted that frank turner is the special guest on sundays lock up stage but is there any chance it might not be him?

social distortion are playing shep bush on thurs,mike davies is a huge fan.maybe waiting until after the show?

or even millencollen? playing nass festival next weekend.

Heard it might be The Subways, Charlotte said they were in talks with FR to play, might have fallen through.

Doubt The Subways would be in the lock-up, they'd be more likely to fill and empty slot (either announced or unannounced) on another stage.

Back to the original question of course it's possible that it may not be Frank Turner as it hasn't been confirmed yet, you could probably throw loads of names around and make a case that it might be them. The fact that the slot is listed as 'Special Guest' and not 'Special Guests' (as glassjaw were) makes it look like it'll be a solo artist though.

I don't think it's likely but I'd like it to be Sonic Boom 6, might have to miss them thanks to a clash with Bill Bailey at Soni & no tour dates planned yet when I want to hear their new material.

It's 100% Frank Turner. Mike Davies keeps dropping hints and people have asked him at signings and he's all but admitted he's playing twice.

Id be ecstatic at Frank Turner, Cracking Bloke, amazing tunes, and twice in one day? leeds would officially make my summer, Id be officially buzzzing for Muse then, not sleeping due to Elbow... however if andrew wk played as stated above that'd be f**king awesome.. one day he'll come back to the uk and tour
