Stolen VW campervan

Just in case anyone on here spots it, or is offered it for sale- my lovely van in pale blue and white, reg DKP 263K was stolen from outside my home in Walthamstow, London yesterday. It's got a really unusual pop top, and cream upholstered interior, there's some patches of primer on the white sections where I was working on some rust patches. I loved that van, and it looked after me. If you see it, please inform the police.

Great idea. Upload photos to as many places as possible. I'm sure many VW owners & enthusiasts would recognise a unique (no matter how similar looking) van.

Even make a facebook page/twitter account & get people to add/retweet. You'll be surprised at the responses I've seen happen for lost cameras at festivals & on peoples travels!

Make sure you post on as many forums as possible (owners clubs etc) as well as twitter and Facebook.

A friend of friend had a drift car stolen a couple of weeks ago after an event but it was recovered after a campaign on line so it does happen.

Was in the Village last night and am relatively local, so will spread the word.... you might want to check in with Westside motors in Woodford as they specialize in VW campers, just in case it turns up there for any reason.

Just tralled through ebay for you, but cant see it. Look out on there everyday - especially think about the gits changing the colour and selling it on!! I presume you would recognise it even if it was a different colour.
