Pendulum set

Does nanyone know if Pendulum's set was cut short? Felt to me like it was and it took ages for Beyonce to come on.

They said they had to play a shortened set and then Beyonce was 15 minutes late. I couldn't understand why it would take so long to set up for her - must have been the fireworks

My son moaned that they only played a short set because of a huge period for beyonce to set up, glad I didn't make the journey hearing so and the Kaiser chiefs turned out to be a lot of fun.

The BBC seemed to know what time she was coming on. Bouncy played for exactly 1.5 hours, almost to the second. Well rehearsed theater that probably shouldn't have been anywhere near the pyramid.

Pendulum tore it up and should probably now be regarded as future headliners.

Didn't end soon enough as far as I was concerned. Seemed to work the crowd well, can't deny them that!

An hour and a half between sets or something stupid. Bit excessive!

Their stuff all sounds a little samey - you heard one, you've heard 'em all. The set was more than long enough for me, I was just raring to shoot of to see QOTSA (best band of the weekend, imo).

I think most people I know went through a stage of really liking them. I have seen them live 3 times. But only once was cause I really wanted to, the other two were just coincidental. I am just kind of bored of them now. Sure they were pretty good, but unless I was right at the front and drunk enough I doubt I'd have enjoyed it.

Pendulum will not be playing glasto 2013.

They've essentially split.

Enjoyed them back in the day in the Dance village, but their Pyramid performance last time round was absolutely dire.

Glad I saw them at Global Gathering & Bestival. Their sets there were in another league compared to Glasto. Got the feeling it was a bit half arsed.

Still, Knife Party are probably a dead cert for somewhere in Dance Village.
