mr flow
Found it! and not that obscure a stage, Adele played The Park (no less) in 2007, Sunday 24th and above Laura Marling on the lineup. Though I think it may have been the Guardian Stage I'd heard of her being on.

wainyd
So just to summarize, so far we don't have a bloody clue who it is, apart from the bands who are busy, it could literally be anyone who has had a top 40 hit!
Craigston
I think on the Friday night, White lies will do another set. I hope so as I'll be missing them on the other stage for elbow on the Saturday.
dancingdaisy09
Ce-Lo Green Saturday? Just throwing it in there as he is clashing with U2 on Friday. I still want Pulp and the Arctic Monkeys though. Think we're more excited than anyone about being together again. As Russell is fond of saying, the excitement in pulpable. PirateMaps
Could be Interpol? They're playing a festival in Denmark on the 12th and then in Mexico on the 28th so easily a big enough gap in touring. And 3rd from top is probably where they would play on the Pyramid or Other so I could see it happening.

In transit
Am I right in assuming that Neil knows the answers to all these and just doesn't tell.
Pooog
Has anyone mentioned the Manics yet? Probably not the 'headliner' appearance tho. Sorry if it's been mentioned already.

mazola
Has Brandon Flowers been mentioned yet. When there was that mini twitter leak just before the line up was announced, the reporter mentioned the clashes being 'a bit of a killer'. Jackmypie
I think Subways are in with a chance, also I would love to see them. That's if they were to do the smaller slot.
drewsstrat
I'm hearing strong whispers that it pulp or at least jarvis on saturday. Third hand, but someone at pulps label said so apparently at 9.30pm. That seems later than the advertised slot, but may be logical if big crowds expected as headliners will be taking the stage. (interestingly my predictive text on phone just inserted eavis instead of jarvis.. perhaps a prediction he will do happy birthday again!)
