OK, I paid for my Glastonbury tickets on the 1st April. I have a confirmation email, a confirmation number and £324.95 has left my bank account for 2 tickets, car park and booking.

I have just looked at my online account, and I have received a 40 quid refund from SEE.

Any ideas?

Also surel;y you should of recieved two refunds of £40 if your tickets had been cancelled?

I also paid for two tickets and then got an email saying FINAL REMINDER to pay for the tickets even though I had already paid so i called SEE to make sure everything was ok.

I really don't know if the ticketing system for Glasto is ever going to be perfect but surely someone could do a better job than SEE....

I need to ring seetickets because one our friends split up with his other half and I booked the tickets deposit wise on my card for us all. However, that card has since expired so seetickets have probably tried to refund the balance to my old card which will fail. However I am ultra paranoid that if I ring them up with the registration details of the person who is not now going they will get it wrong and cancel all the tickets or the wrong tickets lol !

I had to cancel one of ours last year and it wasn't a problem. I was a tad paranoid and made 100% sure that the bloke at SEE knew it was only one ticket that I wanted to cancel. Went straightonto the tracker after the call and everything was updated correctly.

That said, not sure what would happen if the card is no longer valid
