I would be interested in your reasons........as I cannot see any so far.

QOTSA have a new album out and have subbed on many occasions and have as much right as Bloc Party.

Rammstein were rumoured to be playing one festival this summer....I'm off to see them tonight so I will ask Till!

Areosmith have a new album coming out

Iron Maiden were at first thought not to be playing any shows in 2012 but have recently announced some dates.

Finished a night shift this morning and everything was pointing towards Blur, blimey things have changed since i last came on.

No Green Day, Blur, FATM not headlining.

Surely points towards Bloc Party/Linkin Park/QOTSA...

In my tiny little head I had completely ruled out Pearl Jam. All this is now causing me to allow it to creep back in and is in turn making it hurt.

Pearl Jam

Foo Fighters

Soundgarden

Dinosaur Jr

Mark Lanegan

Mudhoney

Thurston Moore

Stone Temple Pilots

Alice In Chains

All in one weekend????????????

I just want Bloc party to be there, they could open the main stage for i care, as long as they are playing.

As for the headliner The Cure is seeming likely (how annoying is that distorted map, so close to knowing)

    • Christ didn't even see that!
    • It does feel very bland. It would certainly spell another year (my third, I think) away from Pyramid headliners for me. That doesn't mean they aren't worthy, though. I don't follow what any of them are up to, as it isn't my thing. Good luck to them.   You would think coming off a fallow year, they would want one big hitter. 'Big hitter' is obviously open to debate, but that was/is Madonna. Let's have it right. The eggs have gone in that basket, and it seems (as far the rumours go) that it's blown up. So now you're left with another plan B/replacement headliner.   I'm still of the opinion that Oasis will do it, before the Oasis thing is all said and done. Probably 2028, if they can come to an agreement. It may transpire that 2027 is bland (or at least to some of us), and 2028 is a bit... wild.   Again, though, none of us categorically know ANY of the headliners, as it stands.
    • Second go.....    Still f**king fantastic - Well done WIlliam Orbit -  Bugman & Trimm Trabb mega tracks - No Distance Left To Run hauntingly Beautiful
