Noting really of interest @ V only Noel, roses, the enemy, miles Kane and ting tings that could have played from that lot.

I think r&l will be the best of the lot this summer, as per normal from my point of view.

Can't believe some of the Facebook responses though, mainly directed at the stone roses headlining such as," shit headliners but good rest of the line up". Or my favourite "the stone roses, this is v festival not the 1990's"

Although looking at it on face value Florence headlining seems pretty shit, but it'll be likely she'll co it (maybe Bloc Party) or have a solid sub/undercard. Maybe it'll work out for the best if someone decents on in the NME . Surely she wont headline :download:

I thought this year was going to be massive for lineups V and T in the Park are practically carbon copies of each other, Soni is dissapointing, Download is impressive, and now a lot is riding on R&L to pull out all the stocks to put on a great lineup however if the rmours of Bloc Party and Florence & the Machine co headlining are true then it will be equally as poor imo. A lot rides on the 3rd headliner as it did last year, when the rumours last year were Muse, Greenday and The Strokes that sounded amazing, but take away Greenday and put in MCR it sounded shoddy, likewise this year Foo's, Kasabian and Greenday looks massive, but Foo's, Kasabian and Bloc Party not so massive.

At V the only acts that interest me in the slightest are Noel G, Example, Tinie Tempah, Nero, Roses, Killers and David Guetta other than that it is not to my taste.

Slightly off topic, but on sale/announcement day (12th March) is this done exactly at the same time? I am so undecided on whether to go this year mainly down to the fact that this is turning out to be a poor year for line ups (V is particularly bad!). I don't want to have to make a flustered decision on t day.
