2011 line up looking really good already

I know music taste is very personal but already the bands listed on the eFestivals rumours for this year is looking good.

Assuming that the ones listed as 'TBC' or 'SR' actually play (fair chance I'd say) there is already plenty to keep me happy. For example...

B.A.D.

Billy Bragg

Chapel Club

Dreadzone

Fun Lovin Crims

Pulp

Chemical Bros

Coral

Libertines

Vaccines

U2

Underworld

Clashes apart, there's over a dozen there I'd happily see. And we've still got over 4 months to go for more to be added.

Does the quality of this years' line-up seems even higher than normal (for the time of year) or does it just suit my tastes?

It's looking good, but no matter what your tastes, there's always plenty to enjoy. The one year I had a serious moan about the lineup was because there was too much that was unmissable, meaning I didn't get to wander aimlessly as much as I would've liked.

I'm loving it so far. Although the Pyramid headliners are pretty bland there's loads of other bands elsewhere that I like.

Would be a lot happier if the mumfords were confirmed So far the rumourmill largely suits my tastes and like you say, often that is worse than there being little you like. Last year I had multiple 3 or 4 way clashes which led to heartbreak.

Yeah, that's a really good start. And there'll be some bigger names added to that list closer to the date. But the line-up doesn't necessarily reflect how much you're actually going to enjoy a Glasto (although it helps)

yep the line up is going to be a good one this year. all i'm asking for is U2, mumford, brandon flowers and arcade fire and no clashes.

I agree. Incredible line-up so far. Only Glasto could (hopefully/what looks like) get one of the biggest bands in the world to sub.

yep the lineups looking great so far IMO, and most of it is still to be released!

im hoping for mona to be announced...

mona and the vaccines seem to have a real buzz around them at the minute, be nice to get some great new bands aswell as some old classics in!!

gunna be a great year i think, hopefully the weathers great again!

Its good but its mostly speculation, not that the line up won't be good. I just remember the speculation last year of who would be subbing

It's way too early to say it's the best for a few years. A dozen speculated bands isn't exactly representative of the final complete listing. And I'd rather not count my chickens before they hatch (although it is nice that there isn't as much hype/pressure for the lineup to end all lineups like there was last year).

It's looking like alot of my tops bands/djs are rumoured/tbc so I am happy already and I have this feeling that it will be a good line up for me

If Pulp play then it's gonna be amazing. Anything else wil be a plus.
