I agree, along with fruit.

We're making pork chilli this weekend, for dinners next week.

Tea tonight is chicken with rice and peas.

I'm finding calorie counting easy to stick to but my gosh 1200 calories per day is not very much. It makes me wonder how I'm not a great big fat cow, the amount I've always eaten until now?! I could easily get through 1200 calories in one meal.

It doesn't feel like I'm eating too little and it's what I've been advised to do. I'm hungry when it gets to meal times but I'm doing ok.

I can't believe how many calories are in drinks, it makes me think twice about what to have to drink and I'm having lots more water instead.

I'm going back on my diet on Monday, im following the new weight watchers pro points plan. Ive been trying to diet since Christmas, but because of my job and working sometimes 12 hour days, I need to be really organised in advance to take meals with me, and over the past few weeks i've been so pre-occupied with a big interview, that any kinda of organisation has gone out the window. That was today though, so going to go out on Sunday or Monday and buy lots of healthy stuff to make myself meals. Im not THAT unhappy with my weight right now, but I know that in the summer I will be, so i'd be best to start now!

My weight has gone right up, and peaked in jan last year, although i lost a bit last year, put a wee bit back on, now lost it and i'm trying not to think about it too much. I really don't want to be a yo-yo-er!!

Would say i'm more comfortable with my body though, because i've realised i'm never going to look like some of the celebrities or girls you see in the street because i like food!
