Their last album sold by the bucketload. Theres no way they would headline the nme tent. I dont see them as a reading/leeds band but if they did, they would be second headliners at the lowest.

If I went around asking people if they knew who Beady Eye were they'll all be like "WHATS THAt!?" whereas the other bands people will know. Except all the indie kids.

Half the comments I saw on IOW's facebook/forum/twitter were asking who Beady Eye were. Everyone was so underwhelmed.
