agreed. I would not pay to see soundgarden headline. If they were maybe special guests or further down the main stage or even second stage i think would be more realistic

Never seen the draw with Soungarden or FNM which probably leads on to Pearl Jam no thanks you might as well put their biggest hit on repeat for 90 minuites and get the same effect as watching them and save yourself £200

I've just been sifting through the relentless babbling parp that is the official download forums and it looks like most people are thinking the Friday will be a MCR/Paramore Headline/Sub Headline with people not necessarily agreeing on who would be on top, so to speak.

Now although I really don't rate MCR at all, I do realise their appeal to the younger demographic. And I am pretty sure Copping will have something reasonable as an alternative on another stage so I'm not actually as opposed to this as I thought I might be. Any thoughts?

Andy has confirmed again today 100% MCR are NOT playing

From his tweets tho sounds like hes booked both Biffy Clyro and Pendulum. Hes also said Mondays announcement is 7.45pm

He wrote them in Caps letters, I haven't seen him do that with any other gigs, and he said Pendulum 3 times in 5 minutes

Really though Bek, would you be surprised if either of them played, cus I wouldn't be, Pendulum already booked twice and did Soni last year, Biffy used to be a Download staple and haven't played for years now, can see Pendulum headlining second stage and Biffy doing the same or 3rd on main, maybe even subbing
