Apologies Marooned.

Oaf was a user on here who won the award for boarder most likely to start an argument in a thread even though he's the only one posting in it award for 2008 and 2009.

He then changed his name to Barry Fish, and then Den pointed out he was spending far too much time on here to be a good parent, and achieved what many others had tried and failed to do after months of trying. He got Oaf to f**k off.

But it might be the case that he's back.

Probably saw your name and ran away again, seeing as it was you who ran him out of town last time, Sir Den, killer of Oaves and exaggerator of his own personal circumstances.

But fear not, I have a screen dump which quite clearly shows one Barry Fish lurking.

Ey--thats not true at all! In fact in the Xmas Parcel he sent me he said who his nemisis was--and it wasn`t me! And would you care to give me an example of where I`ve exaggerated about my own circumstances.

You`ve been on post-christmas advocaat you yer bastard!

I didn't say you were his nemesis. I just said your comments resulted in him clearing off. Which they did.

And regarding you exaggerating your own personal circumstances, I apologise for that. I hadn't realised that your brother had drained his one eyed trouser trout all over your radio, and that had gunked up the tuning knob so you couldn't pick up anything with a frequency lower than 96.3.

I've just noticed there's an efest chatroom and had a look in and Oafish is currently in there by himself.

there's been an efests chatroom for over 10 years.:lol:

But it is the case that the new one I've installed this week is a bit more obvious, as it gives an indication on the forums of when someone is in it.

He's probably been there for weeks having deep and meaningful conversations with the robot. ;)

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
    • I have a spare campervan pass to get rid of.  unable to use Kaboodle as it is only entry that they re-sell
