Okay so this is how it went down,

We managed to get all our payment details loaded and everything then when we placed the order the site crashed and we didn't get a confirmation screen. Despite refreshing a few times it just took us back to the original booking link. F%&k! how do we know if we have been successful or not...

So me being the paranoid android that I am, I had registered twice and so we booked again using the 2nd registration numbers and got the confirmation page. Come Monday morning I opened my email to find 2 confirmation emails, one for the original booking that crashed before completion and one for the second booking we made!

So can I now cancel one pair of tickets or do I have to give them an extra hundred quid of my money until April?

I have to say that i agree with both sides of the fence, if i could i would help anyone out, but being a member of a group of 30 people & non of us got through was just so utterly distressing & deflating it was really hard to accept on the day.

Especially when i missed out last year as well.....missing this one really hurts, add that to the fact that it's a year of rest in 2012 that's three Glastonbury-less years. I was hell to live with this year watching the coverage on TV from the sofa. dont know how i will survive another two years.

If ticket allocation was max 8, then to be able to get through and buy 30 tickets is wrong whatever way you look at it. Like I said I don't begrudge.

I'll be more than interested to see how many tickets come up on Ebay this year!!!

Oh yes, happened to me several times, although equally I've also been the one tapping someone on the shoulder too! Well that's what the ticketing situation reminds me of. We all wanted a drink but someone is going to be disappointed.

And that barperson can only pour so many drinks before that time is up, he would have sold the same amount of drinks to other people.

If the person who didn't get sold that last drink is unhappy, he should complain to the bar manager, not the people who were served.
