Heh, yeah quite mad. Mum's already had Alison and her partner over for coffee and scones too. WTF!! She had no clue who they were until I told her earlier. Might get a chance to say hi if they're in before I go down to Glasto from there in a few weeks time. Last saw her on Pyramid in 2008 - never been that into them, but have a couple of their albums

Going by the 'unconventional' mentioned by the OP I guess it's Alison and girlfriend. But it might not be.

Haha, reminds me of when I was working in Saudi about 10 years ago, we had a company rep working with us called Keith Johnson and one day got to talking about bands and stuff. This guy mentioned that his brother was in a band and they were quite popular in America but didn't know whether we would have heard of them?

His brother was called Brian!!

I never knew whether to believe him or not to be honest as he was a bit strange and genuinely was not aware how big they were. He hadn't spoken to his brother for years!

my stepdad used to live 2 doors from the dexy's midnight runners in birmingham, and i used to live about 2 miles from kate bush in kent, I can sort of call her a neighbour since the 2 miles were all her land!
