I was watching the news channel at death o cliock, and saw some American stuff ... and some of it was just fantastic, and included all sorts of facts about the pregnancy which have been censored from view from UK people, I'm guessing via a D-Notice.

Or alternatively, there's no amount of fantasy that yanks will report as fact in the absence of any substance to anything of thios story aside from the fact that she's up the duff and in hospital with morning sickness.

Did you know that our future heir is in mortal danger from the morning sickness? It's amazing what useful things you can learn from those very clever yanks. PMSL.

I am quite suprised they have annouced shes pregant, I thought they would of kepted it hush until the 12 week period, i know she went to hospital but surely they could of made something up?

if she had to go somewhere in contact with the general public like a hospital; there'd be no way to keep it quiet, and speculation would run wild about why she was there.

By announcing it themselves it gives them an amount of control of the story.
