The only thing i've got so far is Sleeping Bag & my ticket is also sorted.

Off to Vegas at the end of May so all my money is currently going on that at the moment and as soon as i get back it'll be a mass Glasto 'things i need' spend!

I'm usually planning what I'll take and scouring the internet for new stuff by now, but I'm still not sure whether I'm actually going to go or not so finding it a bit difficult to get excited tbh :P

Just pack really,oh! and buy a heavy duty sack truck, can't borrow one from work anymore, plus i have a new tent so will have a few trial runs putting it up in garden. taking very little in booze this year, left loads behind last year and its a pain lugging it from car park, even with a truck, proberbly cost me about £30 to £40 extra buying more on site, well worth it though.

I have a lot of the basics - sleeping bag, tent, roll mat, rucksack etc.. but it's all dotted all over the place, I really haven't thought about any of it yet!

Once I've tidied up my room (tonight's task, I'm living in filth...) I'm going to start a 'Glasto corner' and slowly but surely start digging thru my stuff to find what I need. If I leave it til the last minute I won't be able to find anything and I'll end up buying it all - never good!

Booze I'll leave til just before the event, got to work out where I'm gonna source my cider from this year. And snacks, too. Don't really take much in the way of 'proper' food tho.

not done a thing. and doubt i will do a thing until the fortnight before. just can't really get myself in the mood for it right now :/

to be honest, i've got my tent, duvet, airbed and torch etc so just really need to buy a new pair of long shorts and food/booze. so plenty time left yet.

Not much to get.

But I'd advise anyone who hasn't used their tent for a while to make sure it's all okay before packing it.

That's my job this weekend - and it helps the excitement. My little boy is going to go nuts when he sees the tent up in my parent's garden. He'll do his best to get in my way as I check it. Little horror.

After that, all I need is booze (a case of lager bought the night before), to finish my blog (an on-going project I'm trying to do a lot of) and to make some CDs for my mates - something I do most years.

I don't think I need to buy anything else, except for some spare mobile phone batteries from eBay.

I've got to do Primavera first!

But I got my tent back and checked it out. All good.

Fancy a new sleeping bag - one in a sack, my current one I've had since I was like 12 and it's a tad cumbersome.

Fancy a new rucksack too - had mine since I was 18, and it's a bit uncomfortable. Though maybe it's cos I put so much stuff in it

I was thinking about buying a cheap mobile phone as i don't want to take my iPhone with me as the battery is so crap, but i think i'm not going to bother now as it'll be quite nice to have 5 days with no mobile phone & laptop/pc.

When i went to Poland the other month i could properly enjoy myself without having the urge to go on the internet/send texts etc.

We've already got most of the items we need as we go caming so already have sleeping bag, cooker etc..... HOWEVER...... we need to still pay off the campervan so need to find £470 by the end of next month :P:P:P:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Also food, booze and spending money is needed!

Not even started the logistics yet. I think that I'm sorted for kit and Bob sorts the tent so that's not my headache. Talking of headache, I need some better hangover remedies this year so a trip to the chemists is in the offing. I mean a real chemist, not the party precription type.

I do however need some more combat shorts. I took 1 pair of shorts last year along with a pir of jeans and some hiking trousers/gaiters "just in case". Spent all 5 days in the shorts - even in the brief wet spells. By Sunday, the could have walked round themselves.

I over worried about taking the right kit last year and realised afterwards that it was pointless and that I'd packed WAY too much. Probably wing it a bit more this time.

Things I still need to do:

- Boots shopping for things like dry shampoo, rehydration stuff, energy tablets

- buy some new clothes (my current wardrobe is....shall we say.....somewhat sparce)

- before that though, I want to lose some weight

- change tent as our new one had something wrong with it :P

and most importantly - decided on what flavoured vodka to make this year! :P
