They might you know. The other year at Oxygen they took second place to Snore Patrol because they were Irish. Muse/Matt Bellamy haven't got a chip on the shoulder at all. They will step back without a problem.

Totally. Even if it was sh*t overall, there'd be some classic moments that would bond me and my grandmother forever, if she was alive and had managed to get a ticket.

Any band can have a bad / off day - See Isle of Wight.

Any band, especially when they have been around as long as the Stones can release a duff album or two.

I've seen the Stone 6 times, once on each of the last six tours and they are fabulous, if they are going to play and the rumours are not going away at the moment, they will not let anybody down, quite the opposite. They have such a huge selection of classic tunes it would be hard not to play a hit full set. The field would have the best party its had for years, and I've been in that field and partied many many times over the years....

Please don't make me come back and get angry about this.

Snow Patrol played at the same time as Editors on a different stage, then Muse came on to finish it while QOTSA headlined the other stage.
