Oh and the most important thing about this announcement news is the fact that it's Thursday morning, which means I won't have to desperately find an internet cafe at Pontins when I arrive there on Friday lunchtime.

Slayer are playing Sonisphere, unfortunately, so I guess they're not the exclusive .

No mention of the Mongoose on the Sonisphere site though, so maybe that's the difference?

Bonnie Prince Billy is in Europe in July/August, but back to the States in early August. No mention of tour dates after 8 August...

I can reveal that the UK exclusive act will be legendary 87-yr old spoons player Wilfred Cunningham from Norfolk, who will not be appearing in any other festivals this year. EOTR beat of significant interest from Guilfest, who withdrew their approach to Wilfred on receiving confirmation that he was still in fact alive.
