I am very sorry to report, that is "all over"

When the "funny things I overheard at Glastonbury" thread starts to run out of steam you know its all over, all over for another year. There has been some heroic efforts on the boards to drag out the feeling, even an overt, "please more threads plea", alas. All hopes now rest on "the supergroup" thread or the "first timers, who will/wont go next year" threads, will this keep us going at least until the presumed October ticket sales day, I very much doubt it

Ironically I was just getting over my Glasto-blues, oh dear back down again 341 days to go

Just one thing, "can I bring my dog into the arena?"

As much as I love glastonbury I do have other things in my life to think about and look forward to.

After 5 days at glasto I was as much looking forward to getting home to my son as I was looking forward to glasto before I went, this wasn't the case pre-child. So I think I have him to thank as medicine for my glasto blues.

Best thread I've seen on here is the Amsterdam/Queens day idea, although I wont be part of the efest meet I have booked my accomodation and I'm buzzing about it already.

    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
    • Lifelong Carlisle United supporter here.🤦‍♂️ Good luck for the coming Season and see you in October!
    • Any other lower league/non-league supporters on here? It’s all change at my team, Aldershot Town. We’ve released 25 players and the new manager has brought in 21 or 22 completely new players. Going to be an interesting gamble.   There’s a little video here on the reasons why:
