South Park Camping

Having arrived late on Wednesday due to traffic I couldn't get to the on the Pennards. Opted to trek it up to South Park as I could see spaces. Managed to get camped near the back quite close to the fence. Some fantastic views from that campsite and it was also very quiet and peaceful. Think i'll make the trek up there next year again. Did anyone else camp up in South Park.

was very close to there at the top end of dairy, just by the entrance to your field. I agree, amazing views, loved it, far bettter than I'd hoped. By the time we arrived Kidney mead was full, but this was if anything, even better. would probably go back up there next year.

Yeah, it was really laid back and walking down the path at night, the view was fantastic. I had a great view of the Other Stage too.

Yeah i did too. First time i've camped at that end of the festival. Was increbily peaceful and had some great views (pity i didn't take any pictures). Bit too far away from everything though, and i found as a consequence i hardly spent any time at my tent.

I see this area has been taken over by crew camping this year according to the fine guide, such a shame

Yeah, but you can still get to the top of Dairy Ground which has a similar vibe to it last year. Admittedly not the same great views but still a nice place to chill out at home after some hard partying.
