Azzy G
Can we STOP talking about radiohead... theres other threads to discuss that on... lets get to the pressing issue! WHERE THE f**k IS THE f**kING ANNOUNCEMENT!
fuzzylogic
i find it bizarre that radiohead released two amazing albums but rarely play them simply because everyone likes them and wants to hear them!?! do they think that if they play kid a or in rainbows enough people will start to think they are better.they need to remember that its their fans that got them where they are now

wheres the mudfight
right, because its the fans who wrote the music and radiohead are just a travelling tribute band to the fans

Azzy G
Download get their announcement - it's not fair Although they get Bring Me The Horizon - which makes me feel better

inspectedinspector
this is as predictable as the next radiohead album.
wheres the mudfight
Also, Pablo Honey was not amazing, if that's what's being referred to. It's garbage. They play maybe 6-10 songs off The Bends and OK Computer every night, in a set of 20-25. If a track like High & Dry isn't in there because they think it's dross, so what? Radiohead are renowned as one of the world's greatest live bands, and moreover bands full stop. It's their rigourous dedication to artistic intensity and ability to draw from the most exciting and emotive tracks from 6/7 of their back issues that gains them acclaim in the present, not wheeling out Creep every night in '94. somecoolusername
I just find it hard to understand why they said there would be an announcement if there wasn't going to be one. That's the only reason we're all on here. Tbh Reading should just handle this themselves as NME obviously can't be trusted.... funny how they're always so punctual with Glastonbury announcements that it isn't actually their job to announce... it's the Guardian's. Well they've certainly lost a customer in me, not that I was a regular buyer, but on and off y' know..... The clearest sign ever. Astoria, August 22nd? Sweeeeeeet.
