The order of bands seems to be read like Mainstage - then Tent. I reckon it only has high mainstage slots, so yeah yeah yeahs and others will be in the full announcement?

For Fall Out Boy it says "Returning to the main stage after starting a crowd-wide bottle fight two years ago are Fall Out Boy, due to play Reading, Friday 28, and Leeds, Sunday 30 August."

Friday: Vampire Weekend

Saturday: Brand New

Sunday: Glasvegas

And then the rest were just a mish-mash of NME bands (Why are AFI at the bottom?)... your interpretation looks reasonable too. I've always assumed the NME tour bands headliners the Reading Sunday...
