How about "I am mike1", "I am mike2" right through to "I am mike99"? And only people named Michael, Mike, Mick etc can take them. It would be decent getting 99 (or maybe more) people all wearing the shirts over the course of the fest.

if its one for waving down infront of the stages how about 'im blocking everyones view and i dont give a shit so long as i can see myself on tv when i get home', obviously your going to need a massive flag to fit all that on but hey dont let that stop you!

Someone else had the bright idea of using Excel. Switch on View>Page Break Preview, zoom to about 25%, drag the printable area to the number of pages you need, drop your image in and resize it to span the pages you want. The only word of warning is that I find that Excel squashes images vertically a bit, although it probably won't show on a flag.

The falg for the camp site (CAMP SITE) is under commity as we speak. I will raise my pole and slide it on just after I get there.

Last years was a transfer job but this year is going to be less cluttered and simple.

However for those who missed it. here it is as of last year. (sort of hidden but a great photo)

Hey, HSC, please do you still have my flowery windsock from last year that I made out of a carrier bag that you kindly hosted on your flagpole? Or I could try and be creative and make a new one...

Howdy Nina.

It was a pleasure to have your bag thing on my pole last year!

(oh err missus, I hear some of you say! :D )

'Nina3d'> I carefully took care of your creative windsock & I know it travelled home with me all the way back from Pilton Farm to NW London. Although I'm not sure if I still have. :D

I have not used my flags & flag pole since last year's Glasto, but I will dig them out of the attic and double check if I still have it.

Ordered the new blank flag yesterday.

Got a design (ok its a bit rubbish) but its all printed out on A4 sheets to trace round.

Should get the extra couple colours of paint in the next week or so.

Hopefully all going well it should be finished in the next few weeks.. watch this space B)

Yep, that's me. And definitely Camp Triangling again this year. Not sure whether I'll be running around with a pink cowboy hat on again... where did those hats come from anyway?!

    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
