im onto about stage 7 of 10 on my flag making, and ive just discovered a much better picture to make it from.

I can't believe the hatred of Flags!!

I've never taken a flag but imo they look fckin amazing in the crowds.

I think I am going to take a Flag to Glasto, but I imagine I will leave it at the tent as I think it would be a pain carrying it all day, and will def make the tent easier to find.

I hope my flag looks like this... there are two Scottish people and 1 Irish person in the group so that's as deep as the thinking goes.

Hopefully it will be fairly unique.

how bigs that pole?

over the years, i think ive got 3 home made flags, and a saltire. with the 1 or 2 im making this year, may copy your busy pole idea

i need help! i am a flag newbie and am making a flag for this year.

I have yet to acquire my telescopic pole and what not.

my question is: how do you attach the flag pole to the ground? is it with a spike or what?

may seem a daft question but i am quite miffed as what to buy to do so :S

any help would be apprieciated. Thankyou

I thinks it's a 10 meter that we could only extend to 8 safely. We just thought f**k it big=good so we'll just do it. Many a mashed pennard hill camper was thankful for it.

I think we'll be more creative with flags this year
