Mardy
Orange Juice, Bacon sarnie, lots of coffee with just a smallish slug of rum in it. All will be well.
safehands
I was just wondering whether there's a method for keeping beer cold at Glasto. Leave it in a bag? Leave it out in your tent? Take something with you? I'd imagine if it were left out in your tent that it would natually get warm if the sun was shining?
Wm.!
The rehydration packs are CRUCIAL, because the alcohol dries you out! But, you had better take a rehydrationpack BEFORE you go to sleep, with lots of water and 1 Ibu. Then, in the morning start with another hydropack, then eat first, and after that take another Ibu. If that, doesn't do the trick, you'e just plain ill, you've gone too far, no more enjoying Glasto, bye bye.

Aragorn
2 pints if you can before bedding down for the night, berocca in the morning, eating something fatty will help in the morning aswell. If your suffering from things you should not be taking try 5-HTP and also eat a banana or two (contain potassium which beer and other stuff removes from your body) Edited February 8, 2009 by Aragorn

Ed209
The two Cokes, A nice can of cold coca cola to increase the blood sugar levels, then a nice line of charles to get you going again. Its a winner everytime. Failing that, a bowl of fruit salad in the morning literally makes you feel 10 years younger.
