Just a warning to you guys ordering tickets.

Just ordered 5 tickets for download(I know I know, but the line up might get better), I un-ticked the insurance part of the order but had to go back to check my order. When I went back to my final order screen the box had been re-ticked and I got charged £22.50.BASTARDS.

I'm pretty sure that a there was a thread last year as a few other had been caught out.

I know this is 100% my fault but just a warning to the rest of you not to get caught out. Check and double check that the insurance box isn't ticked

Said thread also said that seetickets are prepared to refund that insurance....

I've just emailed them to see if they will refund.

I'll obviously be happy with a refund but hopefully this will make more people check when they order to save the hassle.

Isn't it worth the £4.50 each incase something comes up and you're unable to go or sell the tickets on?

Didn't we decide that the refund insurance thing was a scam and only really covered you for a cancelled event, in which case you would get your money back anyway minus booking fee. It's kind of a booking fee to get you back your booking fee
