noticed on web dates are written in top 7 acts pages. The Cure are on 1.7, Gorillaz on 2.7 with Ethel Cain, Kneecap and Little Simz, Zara Larsson on 4.7. David Byrne is written on 3.7, do you think he may headlining that day or there should be Hip Hop headliner?

will take Yard Act, Franz Ferdinand and Mogwai from recent Rock Werchter announcement.

searching flights and would like to ask if you know of any shuttles to Copenhagen airport or central station might be added due to the festival beside the normal transportation both late at night after festival ends or early morning the next day as I wonder if get to flight around 11:00 on 5.7 isn't too tight.

thanks

anyone know if Roskilde wil show the World Cup games? I'm wondering if I'll miss at least one of England's games as there's a good chance they'll play on the Wednesday at 6pm local time...

no idea but if Denmark will qualify first and there will be many English fans games may will be shown 😄

on the Instagram poster he's on the second section, underneath the section for headliners. So I'm assuming he's not a headliner...

On the last days of the festival there are buses to central station pretty much all night, at least until well after the last concert ends. You’ll be able to catch a flight at 11am with regular public transport options though.

seen them last year and though I'm not a huge fan it was real fun and energetic. do you think there is possible clashes between the already announced for that day Gorillaz, Little Simz, Ethel Cain and Napalm Death or is to early to guess? hope for more names and the final acts in Copenhell soon to get final decision as I really want to travel Denmark for the first time and do both

Too early to tell but Roskilde are usually pretty good at not clashing similar genre acts. Although sometimes a slight overlap (usually because it can be a distance to walk between stages)

who do you think might be added? will the last headliner reveal or probably later?

beside Napalm Death hoping for more rock acts.

BTW, do you know if the earlier days 27-30.6 lineup should be announced separately or it could be some names already announced? and is it only small local acts or there might be some known names there as well?

I believe Addison Rae or Pinkpantheress, who both play Open'er, are a really strong possibility.

Predicting/hoping for Robyn, Fred Again and Justice.

The earlier days are usually small new acts or local danish acts. In all the years I've been I don't think a sizable band has played it.

Opener announcing too and they have at least 1 headliner to go too so could be a shared one

happy for Lily Allen and Napalm Death, don't know much more.. something interesting?

both Copenhell and Roskilde announcements today didn't excite me and made me going forward and get flying and festival tickets as I was hoping by now but still hope it will happen

hmmm.. this is very meh. I was hoping for some bigger names, in particular the Prodigy, Slowdive and Empire of the Sun. Starting to think maybe I f**ked up with choosing this over Rock Werchter

If you were hoping for big names you definitely should have gone with Werchter. Roskilde are completely committed these days in throwing names at you that don't know (and something with Damon Albarn).

I'm thrilled with both Lily Allen and Clipse. Newest albums are great and then I have a lot of new stuff to dive into.

You will have a great time - Both at the festival and at concerts and you will get some new favourties 🙂

    • I thought some time back that I could see Get Down Services getting a slot in Woodsies
    • Tickets on sale when I'm abroad (I'm assuming this sells out in minutes), and the actual dates could not be worse for me work-wise. Still going to try to get tickets, of course, but god damn!
    • I'm personally confident that Slipknot will be one of the headliners next year (no insider info just lines up with them likely releasing an album soon)    Then there's the headliner that's never played the festival before which the bookers have alluded to so that's one of Blink, Foos, NIN, Nickelback and possibly Pearl Jam or even Bon Jovi    The third band I also think will be a new headliner who are being bumped up so Deftones, Offspring, Paramore Etc.    I'd love Slipknot, Foos and Paramore but realistically i'd go with Slipknot, Blink and Deftones
    • Loads of people have to listen to music they don't like all day, while at work!   Not much different.
    • Generally shorter too, I imagine. 🙂
