CD Swap

A few of us are interested in doing the "CD swap" again.  I will quote @vintagelaureate from an old thread:

 

The idea is that you reply to this thread if you want to take part. Then make a CD mix of confirmed  2025 Glastonbury artists, I'll separate everyone groups of 4, you swap addresses in PM with the rest of your group, then post em out. You then receive 3 analogue, old school, compact disc playlists to listen to in the last couple of weeks running up to the festival!

 

I have taken part in this for many years and it is great fun receiving homemade CDs.  Of course playlists are an alternative, but this really is intended for old school folks, who enjoy compiling and playing physical CDs, -AND- who still have a device on which to burn them!
Ideally have them ready/posted out by early June, so that the recipients still have time to properly listen to them and hopefully discover some new names.

I would fully endorse this thread. Having been party to it years and found  Steven Wilson and Porcupine tree after a poster had put up ' Hand cannot erase' as an album.  Years on and still a fan i am going to the Palladium on the 19th to see him perform ' the overview'. My taste is very eclectic and loved listening to those albums put forward by this thread

Ahh wish I wasn't late. I did this in 2014 (or 2015) and someone sent a great postcard which has sat on top of my desk ever since!
