So here they went down not amazingly but just fine and below they smashed it lol. Why should a premier rock festival be booking a headliner considered small?
You will need to put Papa Roach in I reckon, Reading links up with when they barely touring euro festivals and nothing in England yet. As much as it's not for me, the BMTH day makes most sense. Rather them be Friday before Chappell and after BP but don't see it.
glad you enjoyed it, but wow, couldn't disagree more. Glastonbury was among the worst shows of that tour even. Not even compared to 2013, just even compared to the rest of that summer
Band of Horses, 2016. A band I’d seen a few times previously and really enjoyed. No idea what happened but it was so bad I’ve barely listened to them since.
U2 2011. I know there were a lot of technical problems but they were all over the place. Flying in from the States and doing it jet lagged was a terrible idea.
Arctic Monkeys 2023. Too slow, singing off the beat
I read this as 13 at first lol, nah 23 I pretty think I enjoyed maybe 5 songs but in comparison to 13 it wasn't up to standard but I also didn't expect it to be. I went to hear what I needed to.
Don't play anything later than than 2013 and between 2007 and then sparingly lol.
You're welcome though to have enjoyed it.
I think Kraftwerk were some of the best shows I've seen (1998, 2004, 2011, 2015). I've actually seen them five nights in a row in Düsseldorf, playing the first five albums in full. So clearly to each his own.
