Stormzy really got it didn’t he?

Just saw that. Powerful stuff! As someone who’s not into Stormzy and didn’t go to see him, I was proper emotional watching that.

Probably something to do with the 3 pints I’ve had after a month on medication 😂

Calvin Harris on John Peel in 2007.

Who’d have thought he’d become one of the top 10 richest DJ’s in the world? 🤯

I've learned Calvin Harris played the JP tent with actual musicians and he sang. The song was still sh*t, but still...

Talking of which, here's Craig David.

I've not once fact-checked this yet, but you mentioning that Craig David set at Glasto - I was convinced at the end of it he'd played one if his tunes twice... I was adamant.

For what it's worth, he was cracking fun and it was a good placement on that nice sunny evening before RTJ, who were fantastic!

I saw he'd got in an online altercation recently when someone slated one of his sets, and he bit back. I felt bad for him, cos let's be honest, fair f**ks, he's huge and has appeased the masses.

CACK though isn't he? Christ.

One song from it, yes. Apparently Whispering Bob's favourite set.

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
