Guess we need a new headliner then

Yep, what a shame. After the whole December debacle (and then outright tour cancellation last week) it seemed like this was obviously coming but was hoping they’d sort their shit out given a bit of time. What a discography to leave behind, and a great last album last year.

Any obvious contenders touring around the time who could be drafted in for this?

Hellfest weekend 2 takes place the same weekend as Outbreak so perhaps the likes of  Hatebreed, Suicidal Tendencies or Bad Religion. I do hope it's Gallows mind.

Hatebreed and Bad Religion would just feel out of place to me and Gallows feel too small to headline.

I know Code Orange are playing download but they'd be a nice replacement

    • Can't speak for Dua Lipa's, but Coldplay's was vastly scaled down compared to their stadium production staging though, and tracks were adapted to reflect that. MOTS tour had a full walkway 30m out to the B-Stage in the middle of the crowd, and two C-Stages. Glastonbury didn't accommodate that at all and just had a very small walkway in front of the Pyramid stage, and (IIRC) a disconnected B-Stage.   Which re-enforces my point. Acts can adapt their stage shows if they really want. Most do, some don't want to. Glastonbury might miss out on the odd act that doesn't want to slightly adapt, but so will most festivals.
    • Oh wow, was sure they’d be playing this or trees.
    • A name I didn’t think of. Maybe too big though. Think he’d go down very well despite being quite controversial.
    • Oh bummer, got excited then 😂   Although if I had read all the way down it would have been a bit of a give away, no other festival will book both of those 😂
