it's all subjective I guess. Some countries have declared them a terrorist group, others haven't. Hamas are governing Gaza and were elected in that one time, they are also a military group, and this is where you could argue they are defending Gaza, or are a terrorist group. In my eyes what they did on Oct 7, but also other attacks, makes them a terrorist group. If they are an official governing party they should be up infront of an international court. You could argue that Israel is carrying out acts of terrorism in Gaza, they would argue they are targeting Hamas who are integrated throughout Gaza,  but if that's true they're not exactly being accurate with their targeting..looks like they just want to destroy the lot.

No it doesn’t. Starmer has to reiterate again in his speech he remains committed to the green policies. How many times does the guy have to confirm the same thing!?

The growth will come from the house building where the Govt borrows not a lot, cos the buyers borrow and that funds the building

he didn't commit to investing in green stuff if breaks fiscal rules...and unless they find a bunch of money behind the sofa there won't be much to invest.

This is the quote of what he said, it’s subject to their fiscal rules so considering it’s one of Labours key policies you’d think their fiscal rules would allow it.

He also said “There is no question of pushing back on the mission – the mission is clean power by 2030,”

Seems pretty clear to me.

but mainly I'm just not sure where all this growth is going to come from...I guess they're hoping there will be lots of private investment due to whatever changes or incentives..

That will still come in but the end of the Parliament and GB will still use clean energy by 2030 so nothing has changed. What is your issue?

no issue really...just the whole fiscal rules thing...because the way things are the fiscal rules will be broken if they borrow a few quid.
