All was going perfectly no queues, nice and easy carry and then boom the front wheels of my trolley snap off...but I'm now in the best place on earth...

Getting out and on  a bus is a bit of a farce. Get funneled into a single queue marked Worthy View, wait, watch busses you want to be on leave empty, rinse and repeat. 

Eventually bypassed  the queue, spoke to a supervisor and got to where we needed to be. Needs work on that as you simply can't get to the bus stop you need.
