Right then, announcement Friday, who do we want to see? I'd love to see some early main stage rock names. Thinking of bands like Enter Shikari, Slaves, Cabbage, Blossoms. Still praying for Biffy, Kasabian and The Killers but I know that would be greedy!

Either way, I'm always miles of but here's hoping!

I always think RW has really strong mainstage early acts. I remember Marmozets blowing me away as the first band on stage in 2015. Vintage Trouble, The Van Jets and Kensington all 2016 main stage bands that I hadn't come across before that I now listen to an awful lot!

I would die happy. Although i bet i would also have some awful clashes!

Yeah I was so bothered by this also.... I can imagine Wolfmother heading barn, correct me if i'm wrong. I think I would only possible take that on the Friday as I like Radiohead but I am not crazy about them yet and there is so much material to plough through.

True. Having taken Belgium as a foster home since 3 years now, I am always amazed how such a tiny country can produce so many good quality bands and musicians. They do, tbf, support their young talents a lot on the radio, local festivals, contests, etc. so no surprise they have a flourishing music scene.

    • No dramas man, I just like to follow others journeys as well. Get the inspiration, give out inspiration and the outdoors is the clear the head place to do it. I'm heading out for a easy trail run today I think, 10k- 10 mile we'll see how we go. I've got a half marathon in October I'm well unprepared for hahs
    • The Cheap Thrills at Mountford Hall, Liverpool.    They've been around for a while and have built up a large local following. Last night was their biggest yet, at a sold out 2,200 capacity venue.    It was a big old joyous, indie singalong from start to finish, the band clearly having the time of their lives. The debut album is out next month and they seem to be going down well on the festival circuit, maybe their time has finally come.   2 supports, I unfortunately missed Credits but the few songs they have on Spotify sound good, Americana vibes. The other was M60, reportedly Gary Neville's favourite band. If that's true, he's as clueless about music as he is football. To be fair, their sound was poor, maybe with a clearer sound they'd have been better but it was pretty dull.
    • I can see them all merging along with the Tory’s . Restore curently couldn’t muster enough candidates to be a viable option . I lasted 4 mins and couldn’t watch any more . Lowe is just dull along with racist
