Glasto Love for Burn Victim

Hi guys, 

This was mentioned briefly in a pre-Glasto thread .... Just bumping this again in case you feel you may want to contribute. 

My wife (who is a complete stranger to the guy) set up the just-giving page below originally to help the guy and his family. The intention was to simply spread the Glasto love and show appreciation for the guy who was crew in setting up part of the event for us all. 

Very sad to say that he has since passed away from his injuries and the money raised is going to massively help the family with funeral costs and the like.

+1  I worked with burns victims for many years.  The vast majority of the bigger injuries were self inflicted and the total devastation it causes is mindblowing

RIP mate , after 24 years of having you there the festival will now miss you every year.

And if everyone who went to the festival this year donated just £2 each that would add up to a nice but tiny amount of what this guy and his family deserve.

Here here. Thank you so much, everyone has been so generous. We have since found out that the family would of really struggled to get the money together to give this young man the send off he deserves. You are all amazing!! ❤️ Mrs Festiking

My friend was taking to someone at Williams Green, who explained the situation as it occurred. So very sad.
