anyone know where this bar is?

The Hop & Liquor
A great man once said “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy”.  You will be more than happy with our choice of beers, ecstatic about our cocktails and overjoyed by the atmosphere. Hang out at Hop & Liquor. You’ll be happy you did!

According to their twitter, last year they were between Pyramid and Other stages.

(sorry my quotes aren't working properly so I can't type outside the quote box!)

Just found another tweet which says "just past the Beat Hotel" so sounds like it's towards the JP stage on the way to Other that way?  Bit confused now if I'm honest!

Which is the one on the strip between other and pyramid which has an outdoor seating bit. I think that's hop and liqueur but looking at the new map I think the new silver Hayes path would come out right on top of it so may have been moved

Edit: just had a look on google and it's the one I've mentioned

OK after a lot of thought here is the final pub crawl. Its the route we will be taking, I know it misses out a lot of small craft bars and cocktail lounges, but we might hit them as well. The idea is to show a group of first timers the site and some of the most popular bars. We will be starting at noon and its all downhill from there. We should have a Welsh flag so look out for us. Cheers Travis

1. Cockmill Bar
2. Theatre Bar
3. Ridge and Furrow
4. Avalon Inn
5. The Spike
6. Stonebridge Bar
7. Bimble Inn
8. Glade Lounge
9. Solstice Bar
10. Beat Hotel
11. Mandela Bar
12. Cider Bus

Here we go, I need more precise locations on some bars, apparently Cornish Arms won't be there this year

This is the most recent map posted in this thread i think, is it accurate enough to print?

    • Sadly, the ticket map below screams rear 5 blocks not on sale or never have been on sale. Especially when you look at the blue blocks with rows of unsold tickets.   And I say all of this as a big fan of Muse.
    • Personally, I don't think there will be any changes to the queuing system in place for the 2025 sale.  GFL will be aware that true bots are a risk, but they may also see large collectives of organised folks running multiple devices, containers or profiles to get an advantage as bots themselves, and then struggle to know where to draw the line without penalising folks who are simply more on the ball than others.   They will also be acutely aware that engineering tech to close those gaps will cost, and therefore eat into the money they are able to pass to the Charities, without passing those costs on to punters in the ticket price, which they will be cautious of doing especially after a 2 year break and the inevitable media coverage that will get.   This may all be naive and overly trusting of me though.....
    • went to their album launch show last night at the george tavern. it was fantastic! absolutely roasting in there though
    • I got mine yesterday but they sent the wrong ticket link, so had to email Ticketmaster and get the right one.    As for predictions, hard to see who else could do the Pulp/Sting/Byrne slot other than the Cure, and since they did Isle of Wight they maybe have an FR deal (Sting did both). It’s also the Cure’s 50th next year so imagine they’ll be doing a bigger tour. Pet Shop Boys or Kylie maybe?   Wolf Alice would be a dream. It’ll probably all be men again though.
    • Probably a couple of months yet....last ticket sale announcement was 10th October 2024.
