Why would you do that? At least have the lead bookers in the groups they are buying for & use their reggy numbers first & others as additional tickets. It saves half of the payment form because it's already prefilled with the card holders address & makes it much quicker

You think I did it deliberately?!  The lead booker's card for the group was rejected.  Since I was screwed anyway, not getting back in if I went back to change the details and didn't have time to phone a friend, I fired in any old bloody card in a panic.  It worked.  It really shouldn't've but it did.

Get this. Our group of 6 were trying and none of us, apparently, could get through.

Sat in utter dejection and depression for over an hour.

Gutted.

Then my phone pinged.

I had an email.

Checked it and it was a Glastonbury Festival payment confirmation.

WTF?!

Stared at it for minutes, confused.

One of our group HAD got through and made the payment, but the lying fucker thought it would be funny to pretend / message he hadn't and let us wait to find out we were going when the confirmation email came through.

He even pretended he didn't know what I was talking about when I messaged him!

I had to ring the beautiful twat and demand in a hissy fit WTF was going on.

Fantastic. I'm guessing as you call him beautiful that you were more delighted than angry.

He's a genius. I'd've done it!!!

Plus: during 2013 Glastonbury Festival Stag Do he carried me back to my tent. Twice.

He also took my photo - now my profile picture - before doing so!

If you have paid your balance but then want to cancel your ticket what information would you need?

Would someone else be able to cancel my ticket if they had my registration number or would they need the booking reference I got when I paid my balance?

Are you wanting to cancel or concerned that someone might do it maliciously to you?

Concerned someone else may try to cancel it

I'm hoping they wouldn't be able to if they don't have my booking reference as they did not pay the balance with me but they do know my registration number etc

Last year someone posted about their concern that their ticket could get cancelled by an ex... the advice was email see tickets and explain the situation and that you dont want it cancelled before they have chance...if they try to cancel yours you're covered then.

    • It was awful during Father John Misty and I was close to the front. People just shouting and laughing their f-ing heads off about nothing in particular and being louder than the bloody stage.
    • Other things I noted yesterday, away from the obvious…   Positives: - an extra water point towards the back left of the main stages has appeared, which I believe is new for this year (and was much needed) - handing out free ponchos was a good touch  - caroline were fantastic. I’d never been in the Auditori Rockdelux before, it’s a wonderful venue and a great venue if you fancy a more chilled out environment  Negatives: - the talkers. I know it’s always bad here (and most festivals nowadays) but f**k me people wouldn’t shut up yesterday. I wonder if it was partly as a result of people being at artists they had little interest in (due to rain limiting their options), although it wasn’t great during blood orange. We’ll be making an effort to get a spot nearer the front for anyone we particularly care about over the weekend  - not enough staff around (and the ones that are there are largely useless). Most other festivals have them everywhere and are happy to help
