GLASTO camper van

I can only see one photo and I'm unexpectedly taken with envy. The front of that beast looks the bollocks. Am I missing something on the photo front though? I'm technologically challenged and have only seen the photo of the front of the vehicle. If it is just the one photo how about posting a few more on here Madabout G?

Thanks for pointing that out parsonjack. :) I'm a little bit stoned this end and just looked at the beauty of the vehicle. That is indeed a cracking registration number.

No worries Yoghurt....sounds like you're having a fine afternoon

I don't suppose you have further photos of your mate's campervan do you? Only you've whetted my appetite to see more of it, somewhat.

I'll ask him and if so, post them.

He stayed in Windinglake and spoke to a pal of Michael Eavis. Said ME may be interested to buy for Emily's car!

Watch this space I guess!?

I've seen that camper near us up in Coniston last summer, clocked the reg, then the magnificence of the vehicle...

The owner is a mighty cool guy name of Chez.

I've known him for 20+ years.

He's one of the warmest, cookiest, amazing, eccentric guys you'll ever meet. He's an inventor and a solver. He bought a pretty much abandoned 'shed on wheels' and transformed it into the Glastomobile.

I've owned the G14STO plate for many years and let Chez put it on his vehicle. Looks better on that than it ever did on my crappy car.

Yes, it's for sale, (isn't everything?!) but I don't WANT to sell it. Chez certainly doesn't want it off his motor home.

Who knows what the future will bring though, eh?

    • First thing I saw on socials today were people talking about Limp Bizkit spending most of their set dicking about, does not surprise me.
