ian the worm
I've been to Glasto as a driver of a massive family car, stuffed to the brim with 4 people and kit. And I've also been to Glasto as a solo driver in a tiny car, stuffed to the brim with me and my kit. I always fill the car with as much crap as I can and stop filling the car when its full. Is this guy(?) solving a problem that doesn't exist?
Yoghurt on a Stick
I'm looking to design and make a universal storage solution to fit typical 3 door (as well as 5 door) hatchbacks, (where roof racks and boxes are not designed to fit on these cars) therefore making space inside the vehicle. There are already blow up roof racks and storage boxes designed to overcome the manufacturers lack of built in fixed rigid roof rack capability in their design. These things are universal and kind of sound like the solution to the problem you are trying to say exists.

But try and find an all in one storage solution that's already on the market and will fit 3 door cars for this age group and I'll be incredibly surprised. These soft roof racks are designed for cars with 4 passenger doors. You're still looking to pay upwards of £100+ if you want a roof rack and roof bag. I'll be surprised if any 17 year old will be willing to do that.
