Hey cg.

Congrats on last night shift...always a lovely feeling...

Have you got anymore nights to do before GF?

I've only got one weekend on duty (lots of weekdays, mind!) between now and the festival, so that's a real incentive - get through that and I'm pretty much there.

Hope tonight goes quickly and trouble free.

Hi Ben... No more night shifts until September! I do quite like nights, it's like a week out of my life where I'm not expected to be on the end of a phone or visiting friends and family. It's almost like a week off work too as most of my time is spent reading, doing puzzles or on here. When it's quiet it's very quiet and when it's not, it means all hell is breaking loose. This week has been all quiet, and hopefully the next 8.5 hours will remain the same.

I have a week off next week and then lots of shifts in until glasto. No weekends off. Probably a good thing as Glasto will come quicker.

HMV I'm really feeling for you right now. If I felt like that I'd want to know what was wrong with me. Must be pants feeling exhausted all the time. Try not to stress about it too much as that can make you not sleep well at night. You may feel like you're in bed all the time but is it quality sleep you're getting? Try boots own make sleeping pills... Think they're called sleepeasy, just herbal but they worked for me. Also lavender spray on your pillow? Earplugs and eye mask? Just to get you in a routine. I do hope it is just not sleeping well at night and not anything serious. Take care lovely x

Argh, Sleepeze are amazing but can't get them over here. Lavender would keep me up all night cos i fucking hate the smell of it.

Had the blood tests in late feb and have to go back after 6 months so next lot due in August. Only brought up the folic acid defiency at the time.

Think a little less stress would help but not sure if its one or the other causing it.

Dont stress over things it never does anyone any good, just roll with the punches and believe in yourself because your strong enough to get through whatever comes your way......thats the way i try to see things anyways

Going to the doctor not an option, would only add to the stress. Would cost in the region of €100 and need my pennies for food and to get my ass to Glasto.

I'll power through on pure unbridled excitement I'm sure. Just don't want to be heading back to the tent for naps at ten o clock at night cos I'm pooped and haven't done anything slightly illegal and "energetic" in an age.

It is pretty shit that you have to check your account and see if you can afford to be ill. Its one of the things I miss amongst a lot of others about living in the UK and thats the NHS.

Can't even get ibuprofen in the shops, has to be bought in a chemist so always stock up on antihistamines and that when in the UK or when friends come to visit they bring me lots.

Sad isn't it, guests bringing ye drugs of the legal kind. Lol

I know, its a fucking tenner over here for them!!! You pay €3.00 for 16 paracetemol over here where you can get 24 for pennies over there. mental.
