So what everyone is saying is that in June we need not bring anything apart from a tent with us to the field as you will make and bring all the food and drink - home made and wonderful?

what do you normally take?

20 years Glastonbury experience has taught me this:

ticket

tent

sleeping bag

money

prescription

anything else is unnecessary. back in the 90s i didn't even bother with the ticket!

Sc**thorpe!

I like this idea, can Saturday swear night be added to Finbarr Fridays as an NFR NFC tradition?

I'm fucking full of fucking great cocking ideas.

Is it true that when Sc**thorpe Council first had their firewall installed they didn't receive any emails for a while?

lucy, been meaning to ask you this for ages, but who is that in your avatar? it reminded me of the girl from Inspector Gadget, but i know it's not.

I started watching Inspector Morse last night and it was 5 mins before i realised i hadn't selected Inspector Gadget.

When I worked for HMV we opened a store in Sc**thorpe. I remember sending out my first e-mail with the new store location in the title and promptly got one back saying it had been quarantined for inappropriate language...

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
    • I have a spare campervan pass to get rid of.  unable to use Kaboodle as it is only entry that they re-sell
