I have now set my coordinates to The Cream Tease Bus in Williams Green, and am now locked on. The thing is that I'm no longer sure I can hold out until Wednesday. I am a weak man and I NEED scones as soon as possible. I may have to do the slaggish thing of getting a supermarkets own brand of scone. Not the ones sold singularly but the ones where you get a few in a pack. I know that they are the lowest of the low, but I'm rather fascinated by the texture that they have. I mean what's going on there?

Wow, just popped onto this thread to discover The Cream Tea Appreciation Society in full swing. If you see a middle aged bloke staggering by with a scone in one hand and an alcoholic drink of some nature in the other, then that might be me meeting you half way on the Cream Tea appreciation thing.

A scone with currents in it can take you to places where no other baked cake can take you.

Middle aged bloke with an alcoholic beverage in one hand and a Cream tea in the other, could probably account for 20% of the demographic.

Imagine bumping in to someone with said scone and drink and asking "are you Yoghurt on a Stick" and waiting for a reply of yes, or a total look of bemusement on said middle aged blokes face.

'Mange Tout, Mange Tout' Raquel.

On a serious note i have placed The Cream Tease second to top of my definitely must do list, along with my sons annual sideways profile photo shot of him wearing his helmet eating a Fat Harry's foot long hot dog.

    • Israel and Lebanon agree to a ceasefire...problem is Hezbollah, and problem with Hezbollah is Israel. Israel should withdraw, put onus solely on Hezbollah...who are already weakened, which would then strengthen credibility of the Lebanese govt. But with Netanyahu in charge that is unlikely.
    • I saw that the payment method is contactless wristbands - I understand you collect them at the festival site and can top them up there as well? Yes, there are top up points, keep the recepe if you want to withdraw the money in the end   How much does food and drink usually cost at the festival? We would like to know how much money we should prepare for the festival. Beer, Wine etc. 5€, Gin tonic, Whishkey Cola were 6-6.5€, food 10€    Is there a bus from the festival site to the city center? And are there any stops along the way? No offical info yet, but ussualy there are free festival buses from Ljubljanica to festival site, with few stops on the way. Nice to get to the festival but crowded from festival back to the city.   Where is the best place to find an Uber/Bolt to return from the festival site? Petrine ulica   Are there any shaded areas to take a break from the strong sun? Yes, i think there is some.
